No. Even without USB-ITPAK, it is possible to input measured values using the USB input tool or U-WAVE. USB-ITPAK is optional software that allows the user to define which range of cells a connected instrument shoud write data to. This functionality can be usefull when raising an inspection report where the values may be taken from more than one instrument.
