If you get an error even if you connect the U-WAVE-R or input tool to your PC, check if the VCP driver is installed. To use USB-ITPAK, U-WAVE and input tools must be VCP (virtual COM port) mode.
Please check "Port" from the "Control Panel" of the personal computer.
If the U-WAVE or input tool connected to the PC is displayed with a COM number, the installation of the VCP driver is completed.
If there is no display, the driver is not installed.
Please install the VCP driver.
When USB-ITPAK starts up, "cannot be confirmed to be connected equipment" is displayed.
